Products & customization
Questions about packaging formats, materials and OEM / ODM development.
What packaging products do you supply?
We supply a comprehensive range of food‑grade packaging solutions, including PP food containers, MAP modified‑atmosphere fresh‑keeping trays, anti‑fog containers, retail ready packaging, disposable lunch boxes and portion‑size packaging. We have hundreds of existing SKU sizes and structures in stock for quick sampling and mass production. Simply share your target food type, storage method and capacity requirement, and our team will recommend the most suitable existing product for your project.
Can you make packaging to our design?
Yes, we support both OEM and ODM services. To help you save tooling cost and lead‑time, we strongly recommend selecting from our large library of existing moulds and SKUs first. We can adjust printing, colors, surface finish and outer carton based on our existing containers. If your project requires completely new dimensions or unique structures, new tooling will be needed. Mould‑related costs can be negotiated when your order volume reaches a certain level. Please provide drawings, samples or reference photos so we can evaluate your project efficiently.
Which materials are available?
We provide multiple food‑contact compliant plastic materials for different usage scenarios. PP (Polypropylene) is our mainstream material, suitable for microwave heating, hot‑filling, refrigeration and short‑term freezing. PET offers high transparency, good stiffness, ideal for cold food, salad and retail display, but NOT for microwave use. RPET recycled material is available for customers with sustainability requirements. We can also supply anti‑fog grade material for fresh produce and meat packaging. The final material suggestion depends on your filling temperature, microwave requirement, storage temperature, shelf‑life demand and local food‑contact compliance standards.
Do your packages work for freezer / deep‑freeze applications?
Certain grades of PP material can support freezer usage. However ultra‑low deep‑freeze conditions require special material formulation to avoid cracking and brittleness. Please inform us your exact storage temperature, we will match suitable material grade for your cold‑chain scenario.
What printing options are available for containers?
We support offset printing, in‑mold labeling(IML) and surface sticker labels for different‑volume projects. For small‑to‑medium orders, stick labels are cost‑effective. IML delivers premium permanent branding but requires higher MOQ. Artwork files should be provided in vector format for best printing result.
Samples & orders
Everything you need to know before placing a production order.
Can I request samples before ordering?
Yes, we support sample evaluation for potential clients. Standard existing product samples are free of charge, buyers only need to cover the international shipping cost and courier fee. For fully custom‑developed items with new moulds, sample cost and tooling expense will be quoted separately. Sample lead‑time is normally 3‑7 working days after freight arrangement is confirmed.
What information do you need for a quotation?
To give you an accurate formal quotation, please tell us: product type or target usage, container dimension / capacity, preferred material, estimated order quantity, destination country, printing & customization requirements. Reference photos, drawings or sample pictures are highly appreciated, they help us avoid misunderstanding and speed‑up the whole quoting process.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ depends on product structure, material, printing and whether new mould is required. For our existing standard SKUs without custom printing, MOQ is relatively flexible. For printed packaging or brand‑customized orders, higher volume will be expected. If you send us your target purchasing quantity, we will give you practical suggestions and work out the most cost‑effective solution for your business.
What payment terms do you accept?
We commonly work with T/T bank transfer. A deposit is required before production starts, balance settled before shipment. We can discuss payment details according to your order size and cooperation situation.
Production & quality
How we help keep your order consistent from approval to shipment.
How do you manage quality control?
We implement multi‑stage quality control throughout the whole production cycle. Raw material incoming inspection, on‑line spot‑check during mass production, full‑batch appearance & dimension inspection before packing, and final random inspection before shipment. We check item appearance, size tolerance, hardness, anti‑fog performance, printing quality and packing integrity according to agreed specifications. Food‑contact safety compliance is strictly guaranteed for all our food‑grade packaging lines.
How long does production take?
Production lead‑time varies based on product type, order quantity, printing complexity and our current production schedule. For standard existing products without custom printing, lead‑time is relatively short. Custom‑printed or newly‑developed items will need extra time for artwork confirmation and mould test. We will provide confirmed estimated production schedule together with quotation or order confirmation document.
Can you support custom packaging and labeling?
Absolutely yes. We can handle custom export carton marking, inner poly‑bag labels, barcodes, brand logos and shipping‑mark requirements. All export‑packing details can be confirmed at the pre‑production stage according to your specification.
What food‑contact certificates can you provide?
Our materials comply with food‑contact requirements. We can provide related material test reports for your customs and local market registration. Please advise which market you will sell to, so we prepare corresponding documentation for you.
